Eurasian and Turkmenistan Patent and Trademark Attorney Dr. Gennady G. GALIFANOV has the higher agronomical and political education. He is a doctor of agriculture. He was a  science officer in the sphere of melioration and water management in the past. He has more than 50 inventions. He pluralistically worked as a teacher of agricultural institute. Patent Attorney of Turkmenistan Mr. Valery D. LIAKH graduated from agricultural institute o­n specialty of engineer in Turkmenistan . He was trained in the institute of  Industrial Property in Moscow. He has high engineering education and qualification of the mechanical engineer, patent specialist and modern marketing expert. His native language is Russian. He knows English in average level. He has experience in the field of Industrial Property protection  more than 20 years. He is the author of 12 inventions. He participated in compiling more than 500 applications for the inventions, including 150 applications for the inventions in the field of practical use of the solar energy in agriculture and industry. He has various Government awards for good activity. After establishment of Independence in Turkmenistan Mr. Liakh became a Patent Attorney of Turkmenistan. 

Galifanov G. Ruslan has the higher  juridical education, has graduated from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property  on speciality "jurisprudence". He is an expert in the area of protection of intellectual property rights. He has some publications in the specialized russian magazines on questions of protection of the intellectual property. At present  he continues to study as the post-graduate in the above mentioned institute. He has the perfect knowledge of Russian and a little English. 

Galifanova G. Renata has an average special education on speciality «marketing specialist».  She has graduated college under the institute of economy, statistics and computer science in Moscow. At the present time she continues study in the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property on speciality "jurisprudence". She knows Russian perfectly and her English level is upper-intermediate. 

Emil G. BAYSHEV has a special technical education (exploitation of motor transport). He is an expert in the area of marketing and specializes in research of infringements of trademarks holders' rights and struggle against the unfair competition. He has good knowledges of draughtsmanship and design. He has the perfect knowledge of Russian and he has in the necessary volume knowledges of English language. Also he knows Turkmen language  and other groups of Turkic languages. Amirova Aida has the higher education. She is the secretary and economist of GALIFIRE. She has worked in  in the sphere of the intellectual property protection since 1997.  She knows Russian perfectly and has excellent knowledges of the group of Turkic languages. She knows English languages in the necessary volume  for executing professional responsibilities.
